Tips for booking an appointment

• If you can’t find a 60min appointment, look for a 45min or 30min as there might be more availability

• Join the waitlist (link located just under the booking calendar) and you will be contacted if anything opens up

Get to know us:

We are a home-based clinic located in North-East Oakville focused on helping you get back to moving how you want with ease. We offer sports massage, wellness/relaxation, pre/post natal massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, taping, cupping, acupuncture and exercise rehab.

Please click on the practitioner below to book your appointment. If you cannot find a timeslot that works for you, please add yourself to the waitlist (link located under the calendar) and we will be in touch when something opens up. If you are having trouble with this please phone and leave a message or send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you are a new patient, please book an ‘Initial Assessment and Treatment’. This allows adequate time go through your health history and do an in-depth assessment to get the the root of the problem.

Rates listed include HST, accepted forms of payment are eTransfer, credit, debit, cash or cheque, you will be provided with a receipt.*
